Ask us before you order — we will confirm the exact facility and give you its access and power specifications in writing. Do not assume a location from this page.
Yes. Access is arranged in advance so the facility knows to expect you, and you will need photo identification on arrival.
Open a ticket and ask for remote hands. Someone can power-cycle it, check cabling or swap a drive you have supplied. What we cannot do is diagnose software on a machine we do not administer.
No — that is the difference between colocation and a dedicated server. If you would rather we owned and managed the machine, look at dedicated servers instead.
We bill the overage rather than cutting you off. Tell us if you are expecting a spike and we will agree the terms beforehand.
