Yes. Access is arranged in advance so the facility knows to expect you, and you will need photo identification on arrival.
Open a ticket and ask for remote hands. Someone can power-cycle it, check cabling or swap a drive you have supplied. What we cannot do is diagnose software on a machine we do not administer.
