Reseller questions
No. Plenty of our resellers invoice clients directly and manage the accounts themselves. If you do want automated billing, WHMCS works fine on any of our plans and we can help you connect it to your reseller account.
Yes. Each client account is a normal, isolated cPanel account with its own login. You decide whether to hand over the credentials or manage it for them.
You set the quota on each account yourself, so you control it. If your whole reseller account is running close to its limit we will tell you before it becomes a problem — we do not just suspend people.
Yes. You can migrate accounts yourself through your reseller control panel at no cost, or we can do the whole job for a one-time $299 — flat, however many accounts you have. Send us your current reseller account details and we will take it from there.
We do not oversell our own servers and we ask that you size your client packages to the resources you have actually bought. If you need more room, upgrade — it is prorated and there is no downtime.
