Typically one to two business days. We build the machine, install and harden the operating system, set up your control panel and test it before handing it over.
Hardware provisioning, operating system installation, control panel setup, security hardening and testing. It is charged once per server.
Yes. The listed builds are the common ones, but we quote custom configurations regularly — more memory, more drives, different CPU. Tell us the workload and we will spec it.
Nightly backups are included and retained off-server. Longer retention and off-site compressed backups are available as an add-on.
RAID 1 means the server keeps running on the mirror. Our monitoring alerts us, we schedule a replacement with you and rebuild the array.
